Based in Ledyard, David has served clients since 2021 across more than 250 private and catered events. He sources locally and seasonally when available and keeps each proposal focused on the event in front of him.
A written plan may include menu planning, groceries, cooking, service, staffing when needed, and cleanup of David’s working area. Wine-pairing guidance is available; the host supplies alcohol.
