Optional consent

Text messaging begins only when you select the SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a quote request. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default.

Message content and frequency

Messages relate only to your quote request, approved business information, and event planning. They may include automated event-planning replies. Frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing messages are sent through this workflow.

Automated replies cannot confirm prices, availability, bookings, severe-allergy accommodations, medical guidance, unsupported locations, or unusual events. Those questions are escalated to David.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resume or HELP for help. For assistance, plan with Avery on the website or text (401) 485-6416.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. David’s Kitchen and its messaging provider process message status and consent records to operate the service.
