Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact, event, dietary, location, and preference information you choose to provide. Optional uploads are stored privately for David to review.
The site records limited first-party analytics such as page paths and funnel steps. Analytics events do not include form values, message text, raw IP addresses, or advertising identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to the request, plan the event, deliver optional text messages, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
David’s Kitchen does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Storage and service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure, Cloudflare storage, SendGrid for transactional email, Twilio for optional messaging, and OpenAI for the knowledge-grounded concierge. Lead information is not placed in the concierge knowledge base.
When you send a question to the website concierge or use consented automated SMS support, the question and limited recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to prepare a grounded response. API responses are requested with storage disabled, while David’s Kitchen retains bounded transcripts for service operation and safety review.
Default retention is 24 months for lead and message records, 30 days for concierge transcripts, 13 months for raw analytics, and 24 hours for abandoned uploads, subject to approved legal and operational requirements.
Your choices
You can decline SMS consent and still submit a quote request. You may reply STOP to end text messages. Contact David’s Kitchen by phone to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
